As dedicated professionals, we do not speak negatively about our competition. Instead, we show you what we can do for you, and how you will benefit if you use our firm. Our service is second to none, and we guarantee everything we do for you!
The “before” pictures you see were recently cleaned by a local, uncertified company using low moisture cleaning (sometimes known as "dry" cleaning). Signature was called in to “fix” the situation, and fix we did! Signature certified technicians used hot water extraction, as you can see in the “after” photos. Hot water extraction, utilizing powerful truckmounts, flushes out the soil and contaminants and completely removes them from your home.
A question you might have is, “Why hot water extraction?” It’s like doing your laundry. You want water and detergent to do the job. That’s what we do with our complete carpet cleaning process. Other methods leave half the dirt, which then “wicks” or moves up to the surface over a period of a couple of days. That’s why you have heard that carpet gets dirty fast after it is cleaned. It’s because it wasn't properly cleaned.
Now, you might be stifling a yawn because you really don’t care how your carpet is cleaned, the process or the equipment. You care about it being CLEAN and that is what we will give you. Clean, healthy carpet.
But if we still have your attention… here’s some more info!
At Signature Carpet Care and Restoration, we follow the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) guidelines and what the carpet mills recommend. This is very important. When you buy a car, an expensive computer or something that you consider an investment, you listen to the company that made the product. You should do the same with your carpet.
Here’s the real deal: The carpet mills recommend the type of cleaning that Signature uses. That’s a fact. You can research this yourself. In fact, visit the following link and it shows you that the majority of the carpet mills, and especially the “big ones”, recommend hot water extraction (the Signature way). Click here.
If you do a search of the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), we are the only Certified Firm within 15 miles of our main service area and only one of six within 25 miles. The IICRC is the recognized organization that ensures proper training and certification of those engaged in the carpet cleaning and water damage restoration industries.
